Ameteur Gastronomy

Another birthday party at balcony, but so unlucky only the first course we could enjoy with the dawn outside because it started to rain so it was moved inside >.< damn you rain!

Well I'm not into molecular gastronomy things actually but I love the ideas and I really appreciate them (chefs) who has passion in molecular gastronomy the looks like a chef mixed scientist hehehehe  and I always been amazed with their creation. So on my bday party this year I think I would like to make something unusual and something more artistic with a lil bit molecular gastronomy touch or looks like that. I have ordered soy lecithin but unlucky until the date the supplier hasn't sent it.... so need improved with something else.

Need to remember! I didn't have enough time to make these food before the big day because had a lot of cakes orders, etc. So just used my feeling and tried to imagine the technique and process on that day so these three dishes have not been tested before so it was the first time hahahahaha.... now I invite you readers to enjoy the dishes ;p

 hahahahha the dessert quite messy... my kitchen very hot and I forgot to put the jelly in the last step so it melted T________T

R.....Rrrrrrrrrrr.......

The last post I already written a lil bit about Warm Bodies but I think I want make the new post about this movie.... well, actually I know about this movie last year my best friend Phiez told me and she said this movie based on a novel with the same title.... since she loves zombie and I prefer witch and vampire ( Exclude Twilight Saga-- I just like the Twilight not the rests) I though this movie just okay. I didn't put any attention about this movie and when the book finally published in bahasa I didn't buy it, but now.. I want buy it so badly! hahaha will buy it for sure when I go to bookstore.

BUT!! when I finally watched the movie...I just like it hahahahaha I know the story just so simple and also the movie, but I love the character and the dialog it was just funny and geeky! lol
and I think the music score and soundtrack just seems so right for every scenes. My favorite song is Hungry Hearts by Bruce Springteen lol

I think R is really a sweet and nice guy hahahahhaa with his stupidity and pale personality and expression for sure ( I admit I always love a guy who has a sweet smile and smile eyes, I prefer R attitude instead someone too romantic until feel like so overwhelming!) even one of my best friend said R not that sweet ;p and she said the movie just so freak.... yeah well like Phiez said to me not all people get the jokes lol  ( we laughed so hard at cinema!! event the old guy next to me and some couples). At least for me and my friends the jokes are really funny and smart with all the twists lol just love it!!

What a surprise for me is the author Mr. Issac Marion is still a young guy.. I mean 32 (coz I thought he was 40 something hehehehe) ...do you have a warm heart just like R Mr. Issac? XD >.<

Hola!! long time not see you guys here :) anyway wanna talk about "geek" me lol.... well, me and my friends probably would call as a geek in someway.... depend on the way you see us, but for us... yeah... we kindda geeks hahahahah....
For me especially:

Oh yeah it's in my vain and blood, I just can't hold my self to not freak out and happily smile when I see a good, fresh and unique ingredients from vegetable into spices, from fruit into dairy products and chocolate, from seafood to lamb shank! yes can't help it hahahahaha 

I'M A GEEK OF MOVIES
I love to watch movie... especially in fantasy genre but I also love biography, history, romance, comedy, etc and the last movie I saw was Warm Bodies and I love it! hahaha okay some people just don't get the joke and story and I know its a weird movie hahahahha and one of my friend was so curious and she went to cinema to watch it and she said it was so weird and what a freak movie hahahahahhaaha but yes indeed not all people get the joke and story but I just love it... love the story, the character, the music and of course R lol. Anyway I'm potter head!

well when I with my besties sometime we play it and the last game board we play was DIXIT!! and I become addict with this game board lol and I just realized since I was a kid I always love game board !
